These acrobatic fish, fresh from the ocean, will give any seasoned angler the time of their life. Multiple hook-ups with light tackle is the norm. Silvers in Prince William Sound (PWS) are all wild and grow as large as twenty pounds. Mooching with cut herring is a proven method for taking these fish. Silver Salmon fishing in PWS is best during the months of July and August. Fly fishing for fresh ocean silvers is also very productive. These trips may also be combined with Halibut fishing.
