Experience:
This unique trophy is home to the many large islands that make up PWS. Large old growth Sitka spruce and moderate winter
snowfalls create an excellent habitat for these elusive deer.
These are
extremely fun affordable hunts for all age levels. In the early season,
before the snows, deer can be found in the alpine regions on the islands
of PWS. This type of hunting makes for easy glassing in
the short undergrowth associated with tundra type country. Many hunters
are looking for the “slam” for deer; this hunt gives you ample
opportunity to bag a nice mature black tail without the worries of
camping on bear infested Kodiak.
Additional
Information:

31. This hunt can also be combined
with the taking of a nice fall Black Bear. Sea Duck
